Each member of the Board of Directors has direct access to the Association email address. When sending an email it is important to state the name/position of the director you are trying to reach. If you are unsure of who to talk to then address the email to Colony Villas Board of Directors and a member of the board will respond as soon as possible.

Even though there is no physical building to drop off mail to, the association has a permanent mailbox on site which is addressed to Unit 24. Make sure to have your First Name, Last Name & unit number clearly written on every parcel. Even if you are not a current resident of the Colony Villas please make sure to clearly identify which unit your mail is in reference to. All mail sent to the association should be addressed to:
