All current insurance policies issued to the Association (at the time of the request – March 18, 2024)

Current (date of request – March 18, 2024) statements of account for each unit/unit owners including name, due date, and amount of each assessment, the amount paid and the balance due.

All correspondence with and written communications with DBPR Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes from January 1, 2022, through March 16, 2024.

Current (date of request – March 18, 2024) roster of all unit owners and their mailing addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of those that have consented to receiving electronic communication.
