NEW RESIDENT INFORMATION

If you are a new homeowner or tenant of the Colony Villas here is some important information that might assist in your transition into the community:

Payments: Please email us to find out electronic payment options, if opting to mail by check please notify the association by email when to expect payments.

Parking Lot: Residents are guaranteed one parking space assigned to their unit within the complex.

Reserved spaces are on a first come first serve basis for RESIDENTS ONLY. All guests must use visitor spaces

Rules and Regulations: The current R&R can be found located at the entrance of the community on the bulletin board next to the mailboxes. Please familiarize yourself with these rules upon move in as there are some important deadlines and specifications to be met. A downloadable copy of the rules can also be found at:

Mailboxes: Tenants will need to request their mailbox key from their unit owner/landlord. Owners can get their mailbox key from our assigned post office. Make sure to bring a copy of your title with your address clearly labeled along with your name to:
